Return & Exchange Policy

At Scentellow, we know that fragrance is a personal experience. A scent can feel different on every individual, and choosing the right one online requires trust. To make your shopping experience worry-free, we proudly offer our Scent Satisfaction Warranty.

Scent Satisfaction Warranty 4 Working Days

If you receive your order and feel that the fragrance does not suit your taste, you may request a return or exchange within 4 working days from the date of delivery.

We allow customers to:

  • Open the package
  • Test or smell the scent to understand the fragrance

The product must be lightly tested only and returned in:

  • Original packaging
  • Original bottle or container
  • Acceptable condition with no excessive usage, damage, or leakage

Once the returned product is received, our team will inspect it. If it meets the eligibility criteria, your refund or exchange will be approved accordingly.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few working days after inspection.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available if:

  • You did not like the fragrance
  • You received a wrong item
  • Your order arrived damaged or defective

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or an alternative solution may be offered.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been excessively used
  • The return request is made after 4 working day
  • The product was purchased on clearance or special sale (unless damaged)
